Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Tribe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. These terms apply to all users, including viewers, contestants, and broadcasters.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tribe. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated without notice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Tribe is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Points & Rewards
Points earned through Tribe have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for currency. Points may be redeemed for merchandise subject to availability. Tribe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time.
Broadcast & Content Rules
Broadcasters and contestants agree not to transmit any content that is offensive, illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of any third party. Tribe reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these standards without prior notice.
Camera & Microphone
The contestant and broadcaster roles require access to your device's camera and microphone. By accepting these roles, you consent to your video and audio being transmitted to other participants in the session. Viewers do not transmit audio or video.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Tribe are the property of Black Diamond Apps. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Tribe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Black Diamond Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to loss of points, merchandise, or data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Tribe after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
